Just as there are many types of learners, there are also many types of leaders. Our students are encouraged to explore their styles of leadership and begin to discover how they can positively affect a group. Our instructors mentor with each student daily, to guide and foster growth. Along with the excitement of success, our instructors guide each student to handle "failure" and limitations with maturity and see it as an opportunity for growth. In addition, the outdoor education, rescue, and first aid facilitate the development of leadership.
